Return and Refund Policy

At Aromas Abundance, perfumes and attars are consumable and personal-use products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery. All sales are final.

However If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 Hours of delivery. Share your order details along with clear photos of the product and packaging at aromasabundance@gmail.com. After review, we may arrange a replacement if the issue is verified.

Any damage resulting from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application is not covered under this policy. This policy also does not cover reactions caused by individual sensitivities to specific products or ingredients. Our products are formulated with active natural extracts and ingredients. However, it is advisable to perform a patch test before use, as advised on the product ( Refer QR Code on rear label ).

Cancellations made within 12 hours will incur a charge of 25% of the product cost (excluding GST). No refund will be applicable for cancellations made after 12 hours.
